Neil the man himself in front of the Tjin Edition Camaro

I met Neil at SEMA through a mutual friend (Shout out to Aaron Vaccar!). He has been building cars for a long time. The one I remember first is the Four door skyline. Then he broke out and did a bunch of cars for SEMA and GM.. Pontiac G8, Solstice, and then there is this.. This Camaro.. Neil asked if I was going to come to the Carlisle show with Aaron. He wanted to get the car photographed with New Baer Brakes and iForge wheels. I jumped at the chance. I hung around all day and enjoyed the event before finally shooting the car just before he packed it back up to head out on tour again. I tried. Hard. I’m very happy with the end results and Neil seems to be happy too.

Look at those ruby red slippers!

This is another car I shot for S3. Here are some pics that didn’t make the cut.

There were a few pics that didn’t get published in S3 Magazine. It’s not their fault- there is only so much room. Tyler’s car started as beat up Mx5 Miata with the standard DOHC 4 cylinder. He swapped the stock motor for a newer 1.8 liter with the addition of Individual throttle bodies. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any louder, Tyler pulled the motor out a second time. This time he added the 13b rotary motor out of the RX7..
